    Since founding Beyond Strategy in 2017, Cassie has been engaged by more than 70 organizations across the country on a variety of capacity-building efforts, including strategic planning, board development, business model and program redesign, and organizational improvement. With a diverse client portfolio that ranges from education and philanthropy to healthcare and housing, Cassie has learned that sustainable impact is built from tending to both people and process in the pursuit of results.

    Alongside running her company, Cassie is raising three third-generation Arizonans (ages 14, 13, and 10) to be kind, caring, and sometimes charmingly irreverent human beings. Her kids strive to provide a balanced daily dose of salty and sweet to keep Cassie constantly on her toes

  • Stephanie Vasquez is a proud Latina entrepreneur, 

    business leader, and Arizona State University graduate with 

    a deep passion for community and innovation. With over 17 

    years of experience, she is the founder and owner of Fair 

    Trade Cafe, a cornerstone of the Phoenix community and 

    the longest-standing sustainable coffee shop in Downtown 

    Phoenix. Stephanie’s entrepreneurial journey is 

    characterized by her unwavering dedication to empowering 

    others and uplifting her community, notably through her 

    non-profit organization, E.L.L.A. (Empowering Latina 

    Leaders in Arizona), which she successfully brought from 

    concept to reality. 

    Through E.L.L.A., Stephanie has launched three flagship programs: Mujeres Mercado, Amor Collective, and Amor Amigas, each designed to support and elevate Latina entrepreneurs and community leaders. 

    Her commitment to the Phoenix community extends well beyond her businesses. As a vocal advocate and mentor, Stephanie shares her expertise with aspiring food entrepreneurs through programs like ASU Prepped.
